Shipping

Born United currently offers shipping within the United States only via USPS. Typical transit time is between (3-12 business days) once an order has shipped.

We currently only fulfill orders on weekdays, Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We give our team 3-5 business days to process orders once they have been placed.

You also have the option to pick up your order at our Born United retail store in Tanger Outlets, North Charleston, SC. This option is offered free of charge and customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be pick up. 

*Please note that Born United is not responsible for any delay that occurred after the order was shipped.

Returns

You may return any unused product for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the time you receive your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-14 business days.
