Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you need to change your items, update your shipping address, or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been fully processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

- Incorrect Addresses: Orders will not be reshipped or reimbursed if an incorrect address was provided and we were not notified prior to shipment.

- Refunds: Standard cancellations can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

- Requirements: Items must be unwashed, unused, in their original packaging with tags intact, and free of pet hair, soil, or strong odors. Items that do not meet these criteria will be refused, and return shipping costs will not be covered. Promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Online Orders: You may exchange an item for a different size or a replacement of the same product. If you prefer a different item, a refund will be issued instead. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect your return before your exchange is sent or your refund is processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days after approval.

- In-Store Purchases: In-store purchases are eligible for a refund or exchange. You must provide a receipt, cover the return shipping costs, and email your tracking number to sales@bornunited.com as proof of return.
