Shipping Options
- USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment. Tracking is included.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after shipment. Tracking is included.
Please note: Shipping speed refers to the estimated transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Selecting Priority Mail does not expedite order processing.
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
- Born United currently ships within the United States only via USPS.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Free in-store pickup is available at our Born United retail store at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston, SC. Please wait until you have been notified that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Born United is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. Customers should first contact USPS regarding delivery issues. If you need assistance locating your tracking information or confirming shipment details, please contact us.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Born United is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returned Packages & Reshipping
If a package is returned to Born United due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package, or another issue outside of our control, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
