Background: South and Central America uses advanced harvesting and processing systems and produces a whopping 40-60 million bags a year. That, along with a recent trend to promote their high quality, small-estate coffees is highlighting the amazing variety of specialty coffees the country has to offer. These farms have many of the climatic and geographic conditions necessary to produce high quality coffee. In recent years, they have emerged as one of the world's most important coffee origins. The coffee world has taken notice of the excellent quality.
Shipping
Free shipping for all orders over $75. Born United offers United States shipping with USPS. Typical transit time is between (3-12 business days). We currently only fulfill orders on weekdays, Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We give our team within 1-5 business days to process all orders once they have been placed. Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order.
You also have the option to pick up your order at our Born United retail store in Tanger Outlets, North Charleston SC. This option is offered free of charge and customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be pick up.

Returns
You may return any unused product for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the time you receive your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-14 business days.
Make sure that the item(s) you wish to return and the Return Form are included with your return shipment. The items purchased during promotions are final sales and are not exchangeable or refundable.
