Best belt I've ever owned!

I love these belts. However, the first one I bought, which was gray with a black buckle latch the screws came loose and I lost one of them. Getting a replacement screw was a pain and I ended up going to my local hardware store to replace it, but I even called Born United and asked them for replacement screws. They told me that the cost of the belts was not that much and sent me a new one. I wish I could repair / replace my original as it was one of a few made like that, but oh well. I love the customer service, and they gave me a huge discount on a new one and I only paid shipping and a small fee. Thank you BornUnited!
