PROCESSING TIMES

Born United offers United States shipping with USPS. Typical transit time is between 3-12 business days. All orders are fulfilled during weekdays, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We give our team within 1-5 business days to process all orders once they have been placed. Free shipping for all orders over $75.

You also have the option to pick up your order at our Born United retail store in Tanger Outlets, North Charleston SC. This option is offered free of charge and customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be pick up. 

*Please note that Born United is not responsible for any delay that occurred after the order was shipped. During the Holiday Season, order processing may take longer than stated above.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations: Reach out to us ASAP if you need to cancel your order. If it has not been processed fully then we will make an attempt to cancel the shipment. There are no guarantees for an action after order has been placed. If not a final sale item you can return the order after being received. Billing depending on payment method and bank can take up to 5 business days for your refund to show in your account. Follow up with your payment provider.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Please reach out to us ASAP before order processing to change or remove any items. Or to make any address changes. Orders will not be reshipped or reimbursed if an incorrect address is provided and no contact by the customer for correction prior to shipment is made.

Current average response time is 24-48 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (EST).

 

Returns & Exchanges


We offer a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will only accept returns that meet the requirements below:

  • Unused or defective items not damaged by customer.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact and not washed.
  • no pet hair or soiled or have a strong odor to the product.

*Please keep in mind, as items will be refused and cost of returns back to the customer will not be covered if sent in these conditions.*

Online orders will only be able to exchange the item(s) for a different size or replacement on the same product. Store credit or refund will need to be accepted if customer desires a different product from the original.

Refunds should appear in your bank account within the following 5-7 business days, depending on bank institution. 

Exchanges, will be fulfilled once item has been received and inspected. New tracking will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.

 

Returns for Orders Placed in Store.

In-store orders from our store front locations are only eligible for a refund or store credit upon their return.You will be required to provided your receipt or proof of purchase and the cost of shipping the return will need to be covered by the customer.

Tracking is required to be sent to our email (sales@bornunited.com) as proof of return. Without provided tracking and received product. Returns will not be processed.
